Toronto native Kim Hogendoorn has spent the past 13 years working in Talent Acquisition establishing herself as a trusted business partner and operational advisor. With a successful track record of scaling companies’ recruitment orgs, including process, teams, and systems, today she leads her newly built (and growing!) global campus recruitment & employment brand team at SOTI, the world's most trusted provider of enterprise mobile and IoT device management solutions.
 

While recruitment is her primary job function by day, Kim also enjoys travelling, sports, the outdoors and writing. She holds a degree in Media Communications and a diploma in Journalism from the University of Guelph Humber where she studied in their inaugural class.
