Matthew Woods is a Diversity Recruitment Relationship Manager at Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company operating in more than 60 countries through regional hubs, partnering with businesses seeking to optimize their permanent and contingent workforces.

With just shy of a decade’s worth of 360 recruitment experience, Matthew now oversees the diversity sourcing strategy for a large complex multinational client. He applies data analysis to his equity recruitment approach, and has found success with identifying key barriers to diversity hiring for both Canada’s Indigenous and persons with disabilities communities.
